We have been busy over the last few months making Wooplaw a bit safer and clearing up after the winter storms, there is still a lot of work to do and we are in need of more volunteers. At the moment we are at Wooplaw every weekend so if you have some free time, please pop a long and lend a hand.
We are stating the green woodworking day again and they will be held on the last Sunday of the month between 10 am and 3 pm.
We are currently planning a date for our AGM and hoping to hold it in July, when we fix the date we will create an event on the Facebook page, group and send out an email to the news letter subscribers.
This year Wooplaw celebrate it’s 35th birthday and we hope to hold an event in August to celebrate the occasion, more info to follow.
More good news this week, we have learned that the Tweed Valley Forest Festival will be going ahead this year on the 22nd and 23rd of October ion Peebles.
